attitude of the colleges and Nagpur University. He said that he will take up the issue with the university as well as state government.
It is the responsibility of the university to remove the lacunae in its affiliated colleges but in case the colleges do not show a positive attitude then university has the powers to take action against them. But, in spite of such powers the colleges and university have been passing the buck on to each others since years. Such apathy would not be tolerated any longer, he warned.
Several students failed in the winter exams held in 2009 and many of them got far higher marks in revaluation. This shows that the evaluators had done their job shoddily, the MLA said.
